Sorry I've been so flaky with the fitness segment of Sensible Stylista AND that my 30-day-rip challenge fell through. I promise to try and be more consistent with my updates from now on!
Anywho, I try to fit in cardio three days a week, but sometimes cardio (in the gym) can be so boring, that's why I always make sure to have fun, upbeat songs on my ipod shuffle. Also, I tend to use the Elliptical more often than not because I feel like a hamster when I run on the treadmill.
